Our mission is to stop childhood obesity by developing a simple, appealing and sustainable program of exercise and nutrition for kids.
The Jump Rope and Go Bananas program will naturally excite kids, through spirited competition or as personal goals for themselves. It will concurrently encourage the important daily consumption of a banana with all their proven dietary benefits.
Benefits of Jump Roping
- Provides total body workout for children. For centuries, children around the world have been jumping rope as an inexpensive/portable form of play.
